Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 07 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship.

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us within 07 days. We’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 07 days of receipt. We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Customized or engraved pieces
