Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship.
Return Process:

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds:

Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us within 07 days. We’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
